Chinese shares fall about 2 percent in a mixed trading day for Asian markets CNBC Asia markets were mixed on Monday as major Chinese indexes fell more than 2 percent each by the end of the session. The Shanghai composite slipped 2.18 percent to close at around 2,542.10 while the Shenzhen composite fell 2.02 percent at 1,264.58.
